Hey! I'm Tristan, certified personal trainer and founder of Witness The Fitness in Paddington (est. 2013).

In the past 15 years I have helped mainly Mums & Dads go from low energy, minimal muscle tone and feeling weak - to energetic, lean and athletic individuals!

Making them strong role models for their kids.

This is what gets me out of bed every morning, helping people inside and out, go from where they are - to where they want to be.

I've seen first hand how much this improves their lives, but the real kicker is hearing their family, friends and work colleagues lives improve as well. That's a ripple effect I am very proud to be a part of.

All written from scratch, after an in-depth and personal consultation..

no AI-produced squats and push ups routines..

no 'unlimited access to the same workouts as everyone else apps'!

Online training has been given a bad rep..

programs made for everyone but no-one specifically..

nutrition plans that don't cater for the most important part: diet breaks..

no human interaction. This is my biggest pet-hate!

It's taken me 15 years of in-person personal training to go online properly..

only now is the technology where it needs to be..

only now can it be truly effective, safe and personable!
