Do I need equipment or a gym membership? Technically, you don’t need anything. I’ve transformed hundreds of clients with bodyweight workouts alone. However, we'll discuss what's best for your goals and schedule.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. If you've paid upfront, I'll refund the remaining amount. e.g. Request a cancel 3 weeks into an 8 week program and I'll refund 5 weeks worth. For subscriptions, just give me seven days' notice.
How personalised is it really? If you want to excel at thumb wrestling, I'll create three 5-minute thumb wrestling workouts to turn you into a champion. Seriously though, in 14 years, I've never reused a program. Each plan is tailored to you—workout duration, times per week, equipment available plus your specific injuries, niggles and goals etc
How is the program delivered? I have my own app, featuring videos or photos of each exercise. It includes easy data entry, similar to Tinder—just swipe to see the next exercise. Track weights, times, food, progress scans/photos! Want a quick tour of the app? Ask me for a 60-second video walkthrough.
