your family dynamics and habits..
even your prefference of either sweet, savoury or both!
Recovery methods and protocols that keep you injury free..
your mind sharp and focused..
and optional, becuase ice-baths and meditation isn't for everyone!
All written from scratch, after an in-depth and personal consultation..
no AI-produced squats and push ups routines..
no 'unlimited access to the same workouts as everyone else apps'!
Online training has been given a bad rep..
programs made for everyone but no-one specifically..
nutrition plans that don't cater for the most important part: diet breaks..
no human interaction. This is my biggest pet-hate!
It's taken me 15 years of in-person personal training to go online properly..
only now is the technology where it needs to be..
only now can it be truly effective, safe and personable!
